Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase from us as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or a letter sent by post. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs. This excludes any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the fourteen-day period expires.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return Instructions
You may try on items to check their condition, characteristics and fit, as you would in a physical shop.
Please avoid wearing items beyond trying them on, washing them, altering them or damaging them. Where possible, return any included tags and accessories, and package the goods securely to protect them during transport. The original packaging is not a requirement for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
Where possible, include your order number so that we can identify your return promptly. We recommend using tracked shipping and keeping your proof of postage. These recommendations are not conditions for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
You do not need our prior approval to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.
Vintage and Sale Items
The statutory right of withdrawal generally also applies to our vintage items, second-hand clothing, one-of-a-kind pieces and discounted products.
Our vintage items are pre-owned and may show signs of age or previous use. Please review the relevant product description and photographs. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@descovintage.com. Where possible, include your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us process your request more quickly.
Please report any visible issues as soon as reasonably possible. A delayed report does not automatically result in the loss of your statutory rights concerning defective goods.
For valid claims concerning defective or incorrect goods, we will bear the necessary costs that we are legally required to cover, including necessary transport costs. Please contact us so that we can coordinate the next steps with you.
Exchanges
We cannot guarantee direct exchanges for one-of-a-kind vintage items. If you would like a different item, you can return your purchase by exercising your statutory right of withdrawal and place a separate order for the item you want.
Your statutory rights concerning defective or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected.
